These techniques focus on effectively escaping a male assault using simple body movement, weight shift, balance manipulation and line control (to keep your body out of his attack line) instead of relying on physical strength.
While I highly encourage everyone to study some form of martial arts training (which I also teach); these particular techniques are specifically designed for people who are too busy to focus on physical conditioning and who have never taken any form of martial arts before.
